74Evangeline Kiyomi "Evan Grammy" Otsuka, 96, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Education schoolteacher, died at home. She was born in Holualoa, Hawaii. She is survived by son Curtis, daughter Liane, brother Rikio Mori, sisters Lea Shirakawa and Setsue Okuda, two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private services.
