Dr. Paul Thomas Lee O'Connor, 64, of Waianae, a retired emergency physician for the Army, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Toledo, Ohio. He is survived by son Justin, daughter Shannon and sister Laurie Lakhani. Graveside services: 11:30 a.m. Dec. 4 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
