ALLEN KOKICHI IKEDA Was born on March 12, 1941 in Honolulu, HI. Allen peacefully went to be with the Lord on November 13th after a long fight with Parkinson's disease. He is preceded in death by parents Kazuma and Teruyo Ikeda, and younger brother Eugene Ikeda. He is survived by his wife Eddy; daughters Lisa (Dan) Bain, Amy (Dan) Day and Mandy (Robert) Wallace; son David Ikeda; 9 grandchildren; brothers Glenn and Russell Ikeda, and sister Linda August. At Allen's request there is to be no service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to the Parkinsons Action Network by visiting parkinsonsaction.org/donate.
