Michael Tokichi Fukuda, 60, of Honolulu, a retired Charley's Taxi dispatcher, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Bobby, Calvin and Ronald, and sister Joyce Salmon. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Service: 10:30 a.m.
