75Franklin Budiao Oasay, 79, of Honolulu, a retired Qantas cargo agent and a retired ammunition inventory specialist with the Department of Defense, died in Honolulu. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by wife Sue; son B.; daughter M. O. Roller; brothers Rolando, Manuel, Larry and Danny; sisters Maryann Hashimoto and Angeline Leynes; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Jan. 9 at Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel. Service: 11:30 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
