Ropati Tuifao, 71, of Waipahu, an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Waipahu. He was born in Fagasa, American Samoa. He is survived by wife Lusila M.; sons Tito Suani and Robert, Francis, Richard, Jacob and Steve Tuifao; daughters Stella, Marie and Sallytiana; sisters Fua Matavale, Pitovao Augafa and Noela Tuifao; and 15 grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Program: 6:30 p.m. Mass: 7:30 p.m.
