75Roque Virginio Solmerin, 76, of Hilo, a retired estimator with Society Contracting, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Lois K.; sons Jason, Gary, Robert and Darren; daughters Tammyranae Galzote and Kimberly Arianoff; brothers James and John Solmarin; sisters Magdalena Babas and Josephine Vegas; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary chapel. Service: 10 a.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Jan. 30 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Service: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
