Dorothy Inouye Kohashi, 96, of Honolulu, a retired dean for Kauai Community College, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Marion K. Warren and Katherine E. Kohashi, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
