81Kim Brookes Beatty, 60, of Kailua-Kona, a waiter for Kona Hilton and Huggo's Restaurant, died. He was born in Fort Wayne, Ind. He is survived by brother Michael and sisters Sherry Glass and Deborah Beatty. Celebration of life: 9 a.m. Jan. 16 at Mokuaikaua Church.
