Benjamin Kwan Ki "Ah Kee" Au, 86, of Laie, a retired National Guard officer and a retired Laie Elementary School teacher, died at home. He was born in Laie. He is survived by wife Merren "Jojo"; sons Ben Jr., Timothy and Erwin; daughters Gwynne "Kaimi" Haiola, Merren Au, Nanette Vendiola and Gail Heffernan; 30 grandchildren; and 43 great-grandchildren.
