81Hazel M. Kosuga, 80, of Aiea, a Pali Momi Medical Center retiree, died at home. She was born in Hanamaulu, Kauai. She is survived by sons Colin and Randel, daughter Julie, brother Nelson, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Gathering: 9:30 a.m. Jan. 11 at St. Elizabeth Church, Aiea. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial of ashes: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Aloha attire. No flowers.
