Joseph Chang Sr., 89, of Kapaau, Hawaii, a supervisor in the maintenance department of Kohala schools and libraries, a cattle rancher and an Army veteran, died in Kohala Hospital. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Martha, sons Leslie and Joseph Jr., daughter Jocelyn, sister Leina Begley and a grandchild. Services: 10 a.m. Jan. 9 at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, 54-3666 Akoni Pule Highway, Kapaau.
