71Chiyo Shinsato, 97, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in Hale Nani Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was born in Kin, Okinawa, Japan. She is survived by son Roy K.; stepson Nobuo; stepdaughters Miyoko Tanida, Fusako "Lori" Kagawa, Masae Sugai and Katherine Y. Tallman; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Private services.
