Jaime Hupalar, 80, of Mililani, a retired city bus driver and an Army infantry platoon sergeant in Vietnam, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Merlinda; son Jimmy; daughter Suzanne Miller; stepsons Joseph, William and Frank Jenks; brothers Juan Hufalar and Donald Sison; sisters Carlita L. Inauens, Rosita Smith, Bonifacia Leasure, Carmen Nunez, Mildred M.C. King and Paulina Hufalar; a grandchild; nine stepgrandchildren; and five stepgreat-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Jan. 11 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Aloha attire.
