SILVINO VING VASQUEZ TANGUNAN Age 84, of Mililani, HI, passed away December 12, 2015 in Mililani, HI. Born February 17, 1931 in Hagonoy, Bulacan, Philippines. A retired U.S. Navy veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He also retired from the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and was a member of the Bulacan Circle. He is survived by wife, Julita H. Tangunan; sons, Edwin H. (Tracy) Tangunan, Lloyd H. Tangunan; daughter, Sylvia H. Tangunan; brother, Rolando (Baby) Tangunan; 3 grandchildren. Visitation 5:30 p.m., Tuesday (Jan. 12) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Wake service 6:30 p.m. Committal service 10:00 a.m., Wednesday (Jan. 13) at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual/Aloha attire.
