Frank Feliciano, 94, of Mililani, a Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard retiree and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Waianae. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by sister Katherine Carlos. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Jan. 15 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Pearl City. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park.
