Galicano Celion, 85, of Hilo, a retired Mauna Kea Agribusiness agronomist and an Army veteran, died in Pohai Malama. He was born in Kainaliu, Hawaii. He is survived by sister Conchita Partoson, half sisters Priscilla Bradley and Fanny Dazo, and half brothers Ernest Labardor and Roger Bagarino. Graveside services: 9 a.m. Jan. 13 at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
