Peter Theodore Manicas, 81, of Honolulu, a professor for the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an Air Force veteran, died. He was born in Binghamton, N.Y. He is survived by wife Shirley "Ti" and son Theodore. Services: 1:15 p.m. Jan. 15 at Borthwick Mortuary. Scattering of ashes at a later date. Aloha attire. Donations suggested to the Michael J.
