WILLIAM LEE CHANG Age 95, of Pearl City, HI, passed away November 20, 2015 in Wahiawa, HI. Born January 23, 1920 in Honolulu, HI. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired as a civil service boat builder at Hunter's Point, San Francisco, CA and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. He is survived by sons, Frederic O. (Floraida) Chang, Randall W. (Dana) Chang; daughter-in-law, Eva L. Chang; 7 grandchildren; 7 great- grandchildren; brothers, Sun Chang, Tuck (Felisa) Chang, Lawrence Choy (Peggy) Chang Walter Chang; sister, Margaret Tong. Visitation 8:30 a.m. Tuesday (Jan 12) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary (20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu); funeral service 9:30 a.m. Committal service 11:00 a.m. Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
