81Dorothy Israel Lozano, 81, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Jose Israel and Christopher and Edward Lozano; daughters Christine Taylor, Rosalinda Chai and Evelyn Kaai; sisters Sylvia Ribaya and Thelma Fernandez; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
