Justin Keola Willing, 35, of Buford, Ga., an Army Reserve veteran, died. He was born in Korea. He is survived by wife Brandee N., father David M. Jr., mother Nam Y.N. Choe and brother Adrin L. Celebration of life: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Jan. 16 at U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii, 2131 Kalia Road, Honolulu. Aloha or casual attire. No flowers.
