Miriam Bannister Arcibal Bicoy, 57, of Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Waimanalo, a medical assistant at Castle Medical Center, Straub Hospital and Healthsouth Rehab Hospital, died in Fort Worth. She was born in Zamboanga City, Philippines. She is survived by husband Godofredo Zapanta; son Trevor; daughters Farrah Dickens and Tiffany Epps; brothers Greg and Jeff Arcibal; sisters Daisy Tiongson, Patsy Wallace and Viola Alipio; two grandchildren; and a stepgrandchild. Celebration of life held. Graveside services: 10:30 a.m. Jan. 18 at Valley of the Temples.
