Robert Lee Ruley Miller, 87, of Kaneohe, a retired broadcaster and program director for Hawaii Public Radio with KHPR 88.1 and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by numerous nephews and nieces. Committal services: 11 a.m. Jan. 19 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
