73Haruko Ishii Otsubo, 88, of Lihue, a homemaker, died. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by daughter Elaine Miyazaki, brother Takeshi Ishii, sisters Tomiko Kabazawa and Lillian Makizuru, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Jan. 30 at Koloa Jodo Mission. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
