81Saturnina Mercado "Nina" Velez, also known as Da Pasteles Lady, 86, of Honokaa, Hawaii, a Velez Farm proprietress, died at home. She was born in Kona, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Joseph Jr., Dan and David; daughters Silvia Conn and Evelyn Velez; sister Cecelia Torres; 15 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Jan. 21 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, Hilo. Services: 7 p.m. Graveside committal services: 1 p.m. Jan. 22 at Mauna Kea Memorial Park, Papaikou. Casual attire.
