84Alvin Tadashi Mihara, 51, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a Dodo Mortuary employee in Hilo, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Fairfax, Va. He is survived by wife Eleanor, sons Walter and Alvin Jr., daughter Kawehilani Bowers, sisters Lucy Nagai and Lorna Mihara, hanai mother Eunice Nagel and four grandchildren. Visitation: 3:30 p.m. Jan. 23 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel in Hilo. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
