77Anne Louise "Cha Cha" Costa, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Police Department warrants clerk, died at home. She was born in Oakland, Calif. She is survived by sons Alan J., Patrick J. and Kenneth M.; daughters Elaine A. Costa-Stone and Diane L. Costa; brother Phillip L. Cordova; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation at noon Jan. 25 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
