Colleen M. Ford, 60, of Huntington Beach, Calif., a Maui Electric Co. engineer, died in Costa Mesa, Calif. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by brothers Daniel and Michael, and sisters Kathleen and Leimomi Namahoe, Sandra Lum, Mary Kaleiohi and Donna Jardine.
