Franklin Leal Sullivan, 85, of Lihue, an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, a retired Major League Baseball player with the Boston Red Sox and Boston Red Sox Hall of Fame inductee, died at home. He was born in Hollywood, Calif. He is survived by wife Marilyn, sons Michael and Mark, sister Carol MacDonald and two grandchildren. Private services. No flowers.
