74Irie Hiapohokumakamae Emma-Gene Akemi Auwae, infant daughter of Jerry W.K. Kahooilihala Jr. and Kuumelemakamae Auwae of Kurtistown, Hawaii, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is also survived by grandparents Ronald Jr. and Iris Auwae, Bethany Guyer and Jerry W.K. Kahooilihala Sr.; and great-grandparents Craig Hara, Ronald Auwae Sr., Nalani Longakit, and Jerry A. and Linda Kahooilihala. Visitation: 9 a.m. Jan. 27 at New Hope Hilo, 840 Kupulau Road. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
