73Helen Marie Chisum, 61, of Honolulu, a city clerk, died in Honolulu. She was born in Oakland, Calif. She is survived by son Harrison Muraoka, daughter Carla Kida, mother Alice Matsumoto, brothers Donald Chisum and Clyde Monma, sister Joy Matsumoto and seven grandchildren.
