72Kazuyo "Kay" Takata, 94, of Honolulu, a retired seamstress, died at home. She was born in Koloa, Kauai. She is survived by husband Daniel Y., son Howard T., daughters Arlene T. Takata and Elaine M.T. Manuel, and two grandchildren. Private services.
