77Leroy Jay Rasay, 50, of Honolulu, a drywall installer, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Ann Marie, daughter Shana Britton, stepdaughter Ashley, mother Laura Bargas, brother Juanito Jr., sisters Josephine and Leeann, and two grandchildren. Services: 3 p.m. Feb. 5 at Oahu Mortuary Chapel. Aloha attire. Flower lei welcome.
