77Mabel R. Lopes, 83, of Haiku, Maui, a retired Kula Hospital cook, Maunaolu College cook, Foodland bakery manager and University of Hawaii nutrition aide, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Kokomo Valley, Maui. She is survived by sons Louis, Carl and Mark; daughters Marilyn Hanks, Angela Pagan, Sheila Talon and Terry Andrade; brother Lawrence Rodrigues; sisters Mildred Pico and Shirley Jacintho; 23 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
