Debra Sachiko Kodama, 56, of Kaneohe died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Chris, brother Richard Horiuchi and sisters Jeanne Masuda, Frances Okimoto, Fay Horiuchi-Shin and Lori Horiuchi-Race. No services.
