83Eleanor Catherine Benedict, 86, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired Kaneohe Elementary School chef and baker, will be remembered in celebrations of life 10 a.m. Jan. 30 at Sure Foundation Church, 16-1592 Pohaku Circle, Keaau, and 11 a.m. Feb. 5 at Borthwick Mortuary. She was born in Hono- lulu. She is survived by sons Ronald A., Darryl J. and Gary D.; sisters Violet Nascimento and Jacquiline Gouveia; and seven grandchildren.
