Peter Charles Neill Jr., 58, of Boulder City, Nev., a retired Hawaiian Electric Co. electrician and an Army veteran, died in Boulder City. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Zelia; son Peter III; daughters Liza Carmichael, Jerusha Meyers and Zayna Neill; parents Peter Sr. and Dianavee; sisters Donna Barrozo and Deanna Aken; and 14 grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Jan. 31 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
