Randall J. "Randi" Dolbin, 49, of Waialua, an employee at Cardinal Health in Washington, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by mother Sandra and brother Christopher. Celebration of life: 8 a.m. Jan. 31 at Kaiaka Bay Beach Park, 66-449 Haleiwa Road, Haleiwa.
