Robert Seiji "Bob" Tokuda, 92, of Albuquerque, N.M., a retired contract worker in Kwajalein, Marshall Islands, and an Army veteran, died in Albuquerque. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by brother Sam. Dual services for Robert and his brother Seikichi Tokuda: 10 a.m. Feb. 6 at Jikoen Hongwanji Mission, 1731 N. School St.
