Richard L. "Chip" Rohrer II, 69, of Haleiwa, an Air Force veteran, died in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Lance J. and Reed B. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Feb. 6 near Honolulu Soaring at Dillingham Airfield and Glider Port, Mokuleia. No flowers. Donations suggested to the Soar With Roar Foundation.
