71Glenn Joseph "Chumpy" Rodrigues Sr., 69, of Hilo, a retired groundskeeper for the county Department of Parks and Recreation and an umpire for the National Federation of State High School Associations, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by son Glenn Jr., daughter Desiree Delo Santos, sister Maureen and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Feb. 4 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, Hilo. Wake service: 6 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Feb. 5 at the mortuary. Service: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
