He is survived by companion Codi Piano; sons Michael and Douglas "Kua"; hanai son Makana Kauhaahaa; hanai daughter Malia Kauhaahaa; mother Mokihana Kauhaahaa; brothers Chad Kauhaahaa and Preston and Kendall Grove; sisters Lisa Ann Kalawaia and Savannah Vaituulala; and grandfather Moses Kauhaahaa Jr. Visitation: 6 p.m. Feb. 6 at Ballard Family Mortuary-Kahului.
