77Velma Kuulei Brown, 74, of Kahului, Maui, a retired administrative assistant for Boeing in Seattle, died at home. She was born in Paia, Maui. She is survived by son Gary; daughter Bronwyn L. Agarpao; hanai daughter Lynette "Lynko"; brothers Aaron, John, Wilfred and Glenwood R.K. Sr.; sisters Angeline M. Kubo, Sandra Pico and Leilani Freitas; and three grandchildren.
