80Etsuko "O" Moen, 72, of Waianae, president of One Hour Photo Shop in Waikiki, chief operating officer of I.I.E. Institute of Intensive English in Honolulu and administrative executive at Tokai University Honolulu, died in Waianae. She was born in Tokyo. She is survived by sons Saxon and Adrian, brother Fusau "Tony" Yakimota and sister Mitsuko Ranyier. Services pending. No flowers.
