77Gertrude Chieko Sasaki, 95, of Hilo, a retired assistant cafeteria manager at Stevenson Middle School in Honolulu, died at home. She was born in Kohala, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Joel, Jerome and Jon; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Private services. No monetary offerings.
