80Elaine Setsuko Tamura, 82, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired state personnel clerk at Kauai Community College, died at home. She was born on Kauai. She is survived by sons Chris and Rand, daughter Faith Shiramizu, brother George Urabe, eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Private services.
