Kichiro Sumida, 86, of Hilo, a retired frozen-food manager for Sumida Enterprises and an Army veteran, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by brothers Calvin and Masayuki, and sisters Emiko Maedo and Mieko Waldorf. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
