He is survived by wife Lena "Lehua"; son Samuel "Pono"; stepmother Taofi; brothers Chris, Shannon, Ithran and Uitasi; and sisters Laki Leota, Delilah Brown and Tiara Siaosi-Flores. Visitation: 10 a.m. Feb. 12 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Laie Hawaii Stake Center. Services at noon. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Laie Cemetery. Casual attire.
