Alita Salve "Vi" Arkin, 91, of Honolulu, an entertainer, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Moya Gray, Maili Lum and Ginger Noa; stepson Mike; stepdaughter Dyan; brother Maurice K. Salve; sisters Bobbin M.L.
