Eugene Y.W. Choy Sr., 88, of Kaneohe, a Board of Water Supply meter reader and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Heeia. He is survived by wife Norma; son Eugene Jr.; daughters Corinne Alconcel, Melissa Cutter and Sharon Hilton; sister Barbara Chang; and three grandchildren.
